“We stayed here for a week while our son played at All Star Village. It was perfect for my husband and I. Perfectly located to the freeway, only minutes from All Star Village and good options for food nearby. It was very clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was convenient, living room was comfortable for relaxing and AC was great since we happened to visit during a major heat wave. If we ever return to Oneonta, we would rent here again. ”

“The apartment was safe and clean. Check in and check out process was simple. Everything worked and I was so grateful to have laundry and good A/C. I had some trouble with the Internet being reliable but I didn’t ask the owner for help. I put 4 stars as the beds were not comfortable and the place was a bit musty due to the humidity, although running the A/C helped a bit. ”

“The Federal House was clean and had everything so you didnt have to worry about bringing linens, kitchenware, coffeemaker, hairdryer etc. Driving to downtown Cooperstown was a breeze, along with shops and places to eat right outside our door. ”

“Our family stayed here while our baseball kiddo was a Cooperstown Dreams Park. Everything we needed, lots of space - more than we expected. The high ceiling gave a great spacious feel, kitchen had everything we needed. The extra bathroom and washer/dryer in the extra building were perfect. Beautiful outside area too - private, amazing night sky views. Would absolutely recommend!”
