“This was an ideal location for us to stay for our son’s tournament at Dreams Park. It was convenient to the fields and Cooperstown. It was a very relaxing, peaceful location to retreat back to after a busy day. The house was perfect and had everything we needed!”

“Wonderful large comfortable farm house with room for the entire family. Firm but soft beds gave us all several good nights rest. The hot water was adequate. The kitchen, dining and TV rooms were very comfortable spaces. Parking was easy and convenient. Neighborhood Watch provided by a Ginger cat and the rooster doesn’t crow too early!”

“The host was very easy to communicate with and the house was clean and fit our needs. The house is not overly large but fine for 6 people. The views of the rolling hills are beautiful and you are located near many nice day trips in the area.”

“This was a beautiful home set in the nicest town. Our first trip to NY and this was the best part of it all. Waking up every morning to the beautiful views, and deer in the backyard made our stay feel so relaxing. The home was very spacious and comfortable. It had eveything we needed and more. Every room was spacious and the beds were so soft, we fell right to sleep. We were here for our boys All Star Village baseball tournament and we were five minutes away which made commuting back and forth……

“The property was well kept and the house was perfect size for our needs. We enjoyed the camp like feel. Seems to be going through some renovations that aren’t yet complete. Overall a comfortable stay. ”

“A lovely spot by Colgate and next to a reservoir! Saw loons and other wildlife. Had some issues with the cleanliness of the place upon arrival and had to go get some supplies that were not available. With some care and attention, this will be a lovely weekend getaway.”
