“The cottage was the perfect size for our family. It was decorated so beautifully, and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the porch and watching the bunnies run through the grass. The area was very quiet, but close to all Cooperstown has to offer. The host was lovely and very responsive. We would love to come back again.”

“They supposedly didn’t know we were coming, there was a mouse in the toilet, the floors had not been swept, they had a bunch of food and in the freezer and fridge, liquor had been out, no wifi or service, the bed sheets were dirty, no curtains on any of the windows, the doors and ALL windows were unlocked when we got there but the didn’t know we were coming? ”

It was the perfect size for our small family and space for our son to stau for "coaches night off" Genny is the sweetest and Don is cut from the same. Even offered to take me to his fishing hole but the tournament diddnt leave us the time. What great people and highly recommend this property.”
