“Check in was great. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We went early because we had to leave our rental house. We just wanted to see if we could get our beach badges and the woman told us if the room was ready we could check in and get in the room. It was ready so we checked in at about 11 a.m. instead of 3. The pool was really nice and clean. Good location, close to Beach Haven town center. They also had a bunch of gas grills you could use to cook. The grills where really clean……

“Our stay at Gerard's place was excellent. The location is incredible. At the very south of the island, so you are away from the hustle and bustle of town. In less than a minute walk you can be on the beach. The house has all the amenities you could want. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and it worked out for us where everyone could stay on the top floor where u have 3 bedrooms. Outdoor shower was excellent. Very roomy. Backyard area is nice too. It was also nice we could put our beach stuff……

“Everything about it was perfect. The size, the location and the two decks. Upper deck was amazing for sunset pictures. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is perfect. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to things to be convenient. Beach access right there. Really the only things missing were actual coffee MUGS and a two quart container for making ice tea and lemonade. Highly recommend this dog friendly property. ”

“Beautiful home in Holgate with great access to the beach (across the street) and bay. Super relaxing stay, with a house that has everything you need for a week at the beach whether you’re with a group of friends or with children. Loved grabbing coffee in nearby Beach Haven and reading books on the top deck with views of the ocean. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts and home to spend a great week on LBI. Would highly recommend! ”
