Residents are all friendly and even met the building owner. “The loft was perfect for me and my two cousins to spend time together. Walking distance to the river and a number of great coffee shops. Everything was clean and we had what we needed. Would definitely recommend! The video for how to park in the garage was helpful and nice to have that free option, street parking was easy and cheap too. ”

“Walking distance to the baseball stadium and bars! Cozy, small bedroom. Beautiful, historic building. Only complaint is the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything next store and upstairs. Great communication with property manager. Would recommend !”
