“We had a terrific time. The house is very comfortable with beautiful views. Plenty of room to hang out together. Everyone enjoyed the game room.”

“Had a bachelorette weekend for one of my friends and this was an amazing place to have it. The house was beautiful and even though it rained and was cloudy for the majority of our trip, we still enjoyed the outside space when we could. There was enough space for 7 of us and didn’t feel too crowded either. Definitely hope to spend more staycation weekends here in the future!”

“This little house is the perfect location for all things in a small town. Hostess was VERY responsive and accommodating! ”

“Other than giving us the wrong code for the front door and not being able to contact host, it was a nice stay. Vrbo helped us by having the correct code for the front door. The gas stove has very hard to read temperature knob. The pool table has 3 pockets that are black holes to pool balls, just get it close. The beds were very hard, but the rooms were nice.”

“Great stay, clean and comfortable! Within easy walking distance to the bars, but in a quiet neighborhood. Owner/property manager was very responsive when I needed help. Keep in mind if you're tall, it is a "tiny house": the kitchen ceiling is probably 6'4" or so.”

“Stayed for one night to be able to quickly get the BGSU preview day. Location was perfect, neighborhood was very quiet. Home was very clean inside and out. The home is very small/cozy with updates in the kitchen and bathroom. We did have trouble getting the bedrooms to not to get to hot, halfway through the night we figure out how to keep the temp down. based on furnace set-up and uneven floors it was apparent the home had been added onto over the years. ”

“We were attending a wedding by Grand Rapids and this house was a perfect place to stay. It was very close to the venue and Grand Rapids. The house was spacious, clean and very inviting for spending time with friends. ”

“Arrived later than expected and had some difficulty with the keyless entry. Ruby responded and resolved the issue. It took a few text, but all good. Cute apartment, instructions on parking were perfect. I communicated with Ruby often regarding issues and she responded. We didn’t spend a lot of time there as we came to Ohio for a family event. Recommended she get ice cube trays, better towels and maybe some extras. Bed was comfortable, couch not so much. The unit has great potential! Good……
