“The hotel and rooms are really clean. I just found the staff a little rude. Housekeeping just walked in my room without knocking and it was not even check out time. Whenever i went down to the front desk i always had to wait at least 7 to 8 minutes before anyone came out. The weekend manager was a little snobby, I needed to extend my stay an extra day without even checking she instantly told me no they were booked. I walked back to my room got online and booked another day.”

“My stay here was great. Just what my sister and I needed. Very relaxing clean and smells good. Breakfast was great and we didn’t have to pay for parking and it was safe convenient parking. The staff is definitely top notch. Very polite and accommodating. Everyone was sooooo nice. Took away all my fears of staying in Chicago. Thank you so much. ”

“I needed a decent room at the last minute bc where I thought I could stay with a relative, it didn’t work out. So I searched online and found Red Roof Inn. All o have to say is “they took good care of me at a reasonable price & I’d stay there again & highly recommend them.”

“Great hotel. Many restaurants and a Walmart nearby. Comfortable. Clean. Great breakfast buffet with good variety. The drive to UIC downtown took about 30-40 mins, but it was also Beyonce concert weekend so it's probably less than that normally.”

“The breakfast buffet was nice. Adequate, and convenient. The staff was very helpful. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the sliding door into the bathroom. Not something I would recommend in the next buildout. However, should the need arise again, we would be happy revisiting the property.”
