“Showerhead is a little weak and the room lights are a little dim. However, the bed was very comfy and service was top-notch. Convenient location!”

“1. The staffs not very tentative to our needs, gave poor instructions to room. We were looking for 16th floor and the elevator only has15 floors. 2. The lights in the room very dim and some lights didn’t even work. 3. The TV connection was not stable and hang at times. 4. The water pressure sometimes passable and often weak. 5. We stayed for 4 nights and only got 2 bottles of water the first day. It was not refill on daily cleaning. 6. The coffee was bad. Overall, I expected more from W……

“My partner recommended that I stay here. He stayed here last time when he was visiting Santa Monica. To be honest, the spot is right next to Ralphs, which is really convenient and it is also relatively close to Westwood or Brentwood as well as Century City. They also have a taco stand in the corner of Ralphs, which is really good. Just remember to take cash the hotel was super clean. The only thing that was a bit difficult to maneuver was our fridge did not work however we did get a replacement……
