“Wow - what an amazing place to be the foundation of a wonderful vacation! The place is perfect for a couple - just the right size and neat and clean as a pin! We loved that the entire condo unit was small, so you never felt crowded. The second floor corner balcony was the perfect place to chill when the sun for to hot or to relax in the evening. The pool was the perfect, cool temperature and it was wonderful to float in the pool and look out at the Pacific. The lava tide pools were amazing at……

“You can’t beat the location of this unit (top floor). Breathtakingly beautiful view of the ocean just a few paces from the water. Gorgeous sunsets, calming waves, lots of fish and spinning dolphins and other creatures of the sea. We’ve been to Kona Bali Kai twice now, and we’re coming back!”

“This apartment was a lovely stay, with great building amenities and all the beach gear we could want.”

“It was not the fault of the owner, but they’re doing a lot of construction within the garage (august 2025), so super dusty and makes it a little hard to park…. With that said the owner’s condo is as advertised and they were super easy to work with.. location and view were sublime, and people within the vicinity were all super nice and welcoming. Building is old, but they did a good job updating the condo. The price is definitely worth the value”
