“We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses……

“I needed a room asap and I found. The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso. Very nice and friendly staff even during a dinner&breakfast.Thank you! ”

“Very clean and spacious rooms, and a great power shower. It was super quiet when I was there which I prefer it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It's very convenient if you want to visit the high Tatras mountains, and also Aquacity park is around the corner.”

“It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room. ”
