“Easy walking distance into town. It’s very noisy being next to a stairwell, where it’s easy to hear everything and everyone walking through. Water temp with the shower was erratic (would go incredibly hot, then cold). My disappointment was primarily that the listing said check out was 12:30, but we were informed by the owner we needed to check out by 11, so she could clean- what a way to devalue your guests. Good thing we were headed to a resort who were more than happy to accommodate us. ”

“As you can see, the sunsets from the lanai are amazing. Stephanie's condo fit the bill for our vacation. Bed was super comfy, kitchen adequately supplied. Didnt even turn on the television and only used the AC once. Every room was spotless. My husband and i were the only guests but we had friends staying in two other condos. Needless to say, we spent alot of time in the pool and BBQ area. Kona Reef is perfect for that!”

This unit overlooks the pool so there is playful pool sound most of the day, but after the pool closes at 9, it’s all pretty quiet.
