“We came to Canandaigua to be on hand for the birth of our daughters first born. The house worked out perfectly. Very convenient location to the hospital, town (plenty of nice restaurants within and easy walk) and our daughter's house. Supermarket, shopping near by. The house was very comfortable, nicely decorated, recently renovated. The photos on the website are accurate. The neighborhood isn't fancy but quiet. “Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. “The house was very nice. Bed very comfortable. Clean and well kept. Nice neighborhood and literally less than 5 minutes to the letchworth park. There was a lot of literature as well about the whole area. We have stayed in many vrbos from ny to key west to Tennessee and beyond, this one did not disappoint at all. Would recommend anyone to stay there. The host was great as well. That is huge!!! ”
