“Nice beach front property in a good location. Rooms clean and bed was actually comfortable! ”

“It was a good little place for what I was using it for. It was advertised as a beachfront but we had to walk a through a parking lot and public parking to get to the beach. It was a 2 minute walk. It was also advertised there was an outdoor shower. There was dirt packed on the floor and the shower head didn’t work so it was inoperable. The room didn’t seem very well cleaned. The microwave was dirty with past guests food and the shower curtain was stained. ”

“We had a great time with a large group. The backyard was beautiful and the communication was very quick!”

“We have stayed at the Avalon Club Hotel before and chose to stay there again! It is always impeccably clean, right on the beach and the staff is incredible. Our smoke detector started chirping low battery and the front desk sent someone immediately to change the battery. I know we will be back!”

“Perfect location out of the main hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach but close enough to walk to it if desired. Steps to a wide, beautiful beach. Very relaxing! We will be back ”

“Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up). We booked a room for 4 single people and they only set it up for 2 people.They refused to give us a……

“Nice place and spacious. Good location. Only complaint is one of the rooms has a sky light window so it will be extremely bright early morning. They should consider some kind of automatic retracting blinds. Def wouldn’t put kids in that room unless you want to wake up early lol. ”
