“Loved the resort fishing dock. The pool was so relaxing and beautiful. Our condo was clean and kitchen had everything needed. Laundry on site. Directly acreage from the beach. Very quiet, however they are still recovering from the Hurricane last year and all downstairs units are not available and being worked on. It was an overall perfect stay. ”

“I saw Dolphins everyday! This is literally a one bedroom apartment. This particular unit is better if you want privacy vs view but still enjoyed our view very much! Every beach was within 20 min and if you like fishing this is the spot. Pool was very clean and enjoyable with the boats going in and out of the marina/ dock. Hot tub was nice and hot. No front desk to deal with is great too for me. We will come back!!”

“This is a great space for a family. We loved views from the balcony. The location is excellent for all Clearwater Beach has to offer. Carlo is a great host.”

“Property was beautiful! If we return to this area we will definitely stay in this unit again. Full balcony faces the beach, we got to watch porpoises from the balcony in the evening if we weren't on the beach. So big and had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked really well with utensils, better than most rentals. Beach gear is in the closet! We didn't find it until our last day, but there's no need to bring a wagon, chairs, etc, it's all there for use. ”

“My parents came in town for a visit while I was home from deployment for a couple weeks. I live in Madeira Beach but my home was destroyed in Hurricane Helene and I wanted a nice place for us to relax during my visit home. This place was perfect. The condo was very clean, had ample seating that was comfortable, and lots of cooking ware. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft. I like when there are white linens so I know they can be cleaned properly. The balcony was great to……

“To start the owners are very accommodating with issues with payment or financials. The house was very clean, very tidy and very spacious for all that we had and that was 10 people! The view was amazing. The amenities were great. The house is in a great location where you’re 20 minutes from just about the beaches and the shops! I would definitely recommend for big family going to visit.”
