“We had a studio so maybe it's different in the other rooms but it said paper towels were provided and they were not. No inside table to eat. We grilled outside one night no gas grill or utensils. We had to go buy some. Just wish I had known so I could be prepared. Otherwise the place was great. Very clean and the location was perfect ”

“A frequent visitor to the Cocoa Beach area, we decided to try the other coast for a change of pace. We chose the Tampa area as a central location for day trips to the smaller towns along the Gulf. As a hub, this place wasn’t bad, but had a lot to be desired. The condo itself was in need of some repairs and the property could use some updates/upgrades as well. air pool area, beach section, games court etc. ”

“I traveled with a friend to Indian Rocks Beach for the first time. We usually stay in Clearwater. This is our new go to rental! The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything that we needed, including beach chairs and beach towels, a cooler, beach games and an umbrella, an iron and ironing board (which we did not use), a hair dryer, and even various suntan lotions left by previous guests. “This was a very nice smaller place to stay in an area full of giant chain hotels. Peaceful bay water right outside our room, a clean pool, comfortable room. Very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Great value for the price!”

“Unit was as advertised-full kitchen, king bed was comfortable, bathroom is small but works great. Street parking was just outside unit on a dead end street and free. The beach is very close and it is just a short walk to restaurants and the trolley stop. ”

“Everything was wonderful and a nice place for single person or couple. However, the bedroom is right by the busy street. Very noisy and could not sleep as i am a light sleeper. Also, the car headlights flashed onto the head of the bed into my face all night.The bar across the street was also very noisy. Other than sleeping it was a nice place. “My family of 6 stayed for a week. We had a wonderful time. The apartment is centrally located between the ocean & the bay, just an easy short walk in each direction. There were tons of beach toys, beach chairs & a beach wagon that we used daily! I would definitely stay there again :)”

“This condo was very nice. Well decorated and a great location. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all we needed to make some meals. We were able to park and walk everywhere which was perfect. 5 min walk to North Clearwater Beach and about 10 min to all the restaurants. Lina was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this condo and would stay again the next time we are in Clearwater.”
