“It was a good little place for what I was using it for. It was advertised as a beachfront but we had to walk a through a parking lot and public parking to get to the beach. It was a 2 minute walk. It was also advertised there was an outdoor shower. There was dirt packed on the floor and the shower head didn’t work so it was inoperable. The room didn’t seem very well cleaned. The microwave was dirty with past guests food and the shower curtain was stained. ”

“Our group of 23 women so enjoyed the accommodations at Milos Beach House - everything was top notch from the furnishings in the home to the array of beach supplies to take with us to the ocean. At first, we were a little bummed to hear there was no rooftop pool; however, the easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants more than made up for this! Would certainly recommend Milos to anyone looking for an upscale, fun, and relaxing trip on Florida’s Gulf Coast! ”

“We decided to book this particular house for the kids areas and the multiple bedrooms available. We were 2 families of 4 with kids under 10. There certainly were plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed however the layout was a little weird. You could definitely tell they put as many beds as possible to accommodate as many people. The game room pictured was fun to look at but most of the table games were either broken or missing pieces. The kids bunk room in the basement was definitely……

“This house was beautiful and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed including spectacular water views, a fantastic pool and any amenity you could possibly need. The house was immaculate with plenty of room and morning coffee on the balcony was perfection. And a coffee maker that made a hot cup of coffee was icing on the cake. Owners were very responsive when we had a question. This was a great find and we will definitely be back next year!”

“Great location and value. I have stayed at this property before. Looks as though there are still some exterior repairs being made as a result of the hurricane, but it did no affect my stay. WiFi information provided was incorrect, but I was able to figure it out by looking at the sticker on the device without contacting the property.”

“We were extremely satisfied with this property. It is located close to everything and just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. It’s also within walking distance to many very good restaurants and shops. It was very clean and had all the amenities including a nice backyard area with a new bbq grill. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary if you prefer to prepare your own meals. “Great size apartment. Good location. We felt that for the money we expected it to be in pristine condition. Needs renovated. Water issues apparent throughout, in the bathroom, master bedroom. Fan in the master bedroom needs finished off. Clean the outdoors leading off the deck. Just needs a deep cleaning and some TLC for the money you charge. Getting out of the parking area is also a bit dangerous if there are three cars. Would have been nice to have at least a roll of paper towels to start……

“This was a beautiful house and Zoie was incredibly responsive with any issues, although there really were no issues. Caught plenty of fish off the dock and the kids bunk room was so cool for my children. Great place to stay and the golf cart was perfect to get to the beach so to have the intercostal and easy access to the beach was a unique opportunity. Thanks Zoie. ”

“We loved everything about this property! The whole house was so spacious, clean and stocked with everything we needed for our month stay. The host was so helpful and addressed all our needs. The beds were comfortable and the pool table was a constant source of entertainment for my grandkids! The outdoor space was great and the pool was nice and warm! “We had our son's 16-year-old now , family gathering / birthday it was flawless. Very natural setting but extremely close to shopping and entertainment which really made this stay a breeze and stress free. We will definitely be booking again shortly.”
