“Our family had an amazing week in Madeira Beach. Jeffery’s condo is conveniently located to many local attractions. The condo was clean and had all of the items needed for our stay. We especially loved the beach umbrella and chairs. Thanks for helping us experience a great vacation! ”

“This is a great location with wonderful view. Marina on one side and the beach on the other. Nice interior and comfortable beds”

“A mom and 5 teen soccer players loved staying at this condo. We loved the quaint, retro nature of the place. The beach was quiet and literally a few steps away. The pool was right there for another swimming option during our time after our tournament games. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, towels etc. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was 45 min to the Tournament Sportsplex of Tampa, 12 min to Clearwater if you want more "action". No restaurants or shops in walking……

“Amazing view, amazing location! We really enjoyed this place! Loved being able to walk to several restaurants. The beach is right there which was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again. We did use one of the free ticket offers which I thought was very cool!”

“We had such a great time! The home was clean, well appointed, and in a beautiful location. Make sure to bring strong bug spray if you decide to go hiking on the trail by the river, but there were virtually no mosquitoes at the house or out on the lake. We had our three young children with us and they all had a fun time and are still talking about it. Will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!”

“Everything was as advertised! It was beautiful and clean, great view of the water, and was great sitting out on the balcony! Love that the beach is private so no worry about crowds or finding a seat! Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!”

“Further away from beach than I thought it was. ”

“We had an amazing time! This location is perfect between Clearwater and St.Pete so it is great for day trips. One of our favorite things was the included pool after a hot day at the beach! Although the parking was a little tight for our mini van we made it work. We walked to the bakery and ice cream shop almost every day and there are multiple shops and restaurants in walking radius. Overall I highly recommend this rental!”

“We had a great stay here! Location was fantastic - right on the beach, and very walkable to restaurants. Quiet and calm. Dino was extremely responsive and a joy to communicate with. The beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were especially wonderful!! Would highly recommend the stay. ”

“Everything you need to have a great vacation is in the room with the beautiful sunsets and listening to the ocean. Location puts you within distance of seeing so many cities and different beaches. ”

“I think the only thing that we went without in the condo was aluminum foil and Saran wrap otherwise it was very well stocked. Not sure why the laundry room had kind of an odor it was very clean. What is great to have access to a swimming pool. Seem like there was plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend staying there.”
