“Overall very impressed with Cotswolds Hotel & Spa. Booked a family room and although it was not made up for 4 people when we arrived, it was quickly resolved. The room was very hot, even with windows open but they had provided a fan. 3 out of four of us paid for breakfast. The fourth person only wanted a filter coffee. Think they could have thrown that in free of charge as 3 were paying full price, but that is only a nice to have.”

“Julie and Ayman are great hosts. You do feel like you're a guest in their home. We had several fun conversations with them, and a couple of times found myself feeling like I was talking to an extended family member (Ayman and his strong feelings about diesel and electric cars comes to mind, as well as Julie and her careful breakfast service). “本來選擇這住宿的原因就因為Banbury很近Oxford，火車班次都繁多的，但原來Banbury都有很多商店的~! 說回住宿方面，外表是一間古老大屋，很大很大的，裡面裝修陳設都是很古典的，房間也是，酒店下的花園很大很美，餐廳也很高雅，床子舒適的，職員友善的。 最欣賞的是大堂有一份介紹這酒店大屋的歷史介紹，簡單的告訴我地這“鬼屋”的歷史，有趣有趣~! 可是，奇怪的是酒店提供的洗澡用品都是很難洗乾淨，怎麼洗也是滑滑的，洗不乾淨…”
