Service and food is excellent. Bedrooms are comfortable and have everything you could need at a reasonable price. Special mention for Toby, who works at the speed of light to ensure your evening meal is wonderful. A definate must visit for anyone in the Oxford area.”

“Laura and Graham were absolutely wonderful and most helpful. The cooked breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had; everything was so fresh and of top quality. The property itself is absolutely stunning; we were easily able to walk in to the main city centre along the scenic river route. The welcome guide in the room gave some fantastic recommendations of what to do in the area and we only wish we’d stayed for more than one night, so we could check them all out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay……

“Inexpensive no frills Oxford accommodation. Manager very responsive and accommodating. Good location with frequent buses to centre of Oxford (though easy for most to walk) and direct buses to train station. Clean rooms, kettle with tea and coffee. Good shower. No regrets. Would stay there again. ”
