“Great location to explore ancient Reading (there is some there!) recommend Vino Vito, lovely, sincere Italian Restaurant 5 minutes walk away. Really comfy bed!”

Broken bathroom fixtures, dirty floors, dirty towels, blocked showers/sinks/toilets, slow service, unfriendly staff ( apart from Vic, Charlie and Amelia who, to be fair, were genuine and tried their best). To call this hotel 5-star is frankly fraud. It’s a shabby hotel, rooms and service 2 stars at best. Do not stay here with your family.”

“On arrival our booking was wrong. We had requested minimal stairs for my wife and a classic twin room. They had designated a double. We were given an upgrade to a suite. Great! but it was up a flight of stairs. In the end my wife managed them with a struggle. Problem apart this is a lovely hotel.”
