“酒店有点儿小，但设施比较齐全，能够满足几乎所有的使用。遗憾的是没有洗衣设施，无法将换洗的衣服清洗烘干。”

“There was a construction going on in the hotel at morning and making a lot of noisy. I found this to be unacceptable. If I were told that there will be construction in the hotel, I will never choose this hotel. I felt like betrayed. ”

“酒店地理位置上乘，交通便利，周边商业繁荣，生活便利。酒店服务上乘，环境优美。酒店内的意大利餐厅的菜肴也非常好。值得推荐。喜欢此酒店，下次去PALO ALTO还会选择此酒店。”

“Everything was great, but this was my first time trying citizenM breakfast and, and tbh I don’t think it’s worth it. They offer a decent amount of fruits / pastries / yogurts in addition to the main breakfast items (mostly breakfast sandwiches), but I thought the main breakfast items themselves were not that good. I don’t think the $22 / day price is justified unless you have kids maybe AND you know for certain you’ll use the breakfast every day of the stay. Also I wish the breakfast was……

“We enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind and helpful and the roof top bar was a big bonus. I wish we had more time up there. My only complaint was the mattress because it sagged a bit in the middle. ”
