“The overall stay was good except for the restaurant service. The restaurant manager came to me and my guests while we were eating and demanded that I go to my room and put on a pair of pants as that had humiliated me in front of my guests. Her staff were wonderful and did everything to assure me and my guest about the situation getting taken care of. Overall other than the restaurant incident, my birthday stay was ok. ”

“This Doubletree property was right in the heart of the Galleria area in Houston with plenty of walkable shops & restaurants. It smelled amazing as soon as you walk in! The agent at the desk checked us in early, gave us cookies/ water & was very personable. Our King Suite had a full kitchen, livingroom, separate bedroom & the best part was the spacious balcony with nice city views. Bed was comfy, but it took a little bit for the hot water to come on in the bathroom. Also, a housekeeper didnt know……

“The property was upgraded and newer. The room was spacious and clean. Its located close to City Center where the selection of restaurants is plentiful. They could improve on the selection of toiletries and provide kleenex for the guests otherwise it was fine. ”
