“We have stayed at many properties in Grand Marais over the past 50 years and was very happy at this home. The view was amazing both from inside and outside of the Grand Marais Harbor. The living room/dining area was huge and great for family gathering. We found everything we needed for our week long stay and communication with Mickey was great. Highly recommend this home.”

“The Pincushion Mountain Haus was the perfect cabin getaway! We really enjoyed the remote woods location while also being close to Grand Marais and lutsen ski hills. Our group spent most of the time cozied up by the stove relaxing and telling stories. The host was accommodating and communicative. Couldn’t recommend this spot enough!”

“We were looking for a place to stay for a late snowmobile trip and happened to see the sleds parked in front of property in the pictures. We were hoping to ride right from the house but the weather got too warm. Only a 5 minute trip to unload and ride.”

“This cabin was fantastic to unplug and get away for a nice weekend. The hills on the way to cabin were a little more than expected but doable. Pack light and have a buddy to help push the cart. The sauna was amazing and if you shower when you are done the water will be warmed up. We loved every minute. Temps were 40's to 60's and the cabin stayed nice and warm. No issues with the composting toilet, there was plenty of solar power, drinking water, blankets and firewood. Head lamp recommend. We……
