“This property is a rustic farmhouse on a real dairy farm. We had many opportunities to see and hangout with the cows we even talked to the owner and were able to milk them! Along with that this farmhouse has a great view of Lake Superior and has great hiking/walking trails around it. We spent one day skiing at lutsen and the other two hiking and going to wineries and breweries.”

“We spend a winter weekend with our pals of 25 years in the Grand Marais area every year. What initially brought us to the area was the opportunity to CC ski. Again, this year we had to do other things, which worked out great because of this VRBO selection. The 110 Getaway house was a perfect place to be when the weather doesn't cooperate. “Because of the low season, we could visit and do some hikes with not many tourists. The house was a suitable base. Although the house is next to the highway, the traffic is not at all intense. The house is super clean, warm and with the necessary cooking tools. It even had some board games to end up the evenings with some laughs. Fully recommended.”

“This rental is perfect for a great sledding getaway. Jump on the lake and head north to the gunflint or go south to Lutsen. Perfect location. Excellent comfortable cabin. ”

“The Pincushion Mountain Haus was the perfect cabin getaway! We really enjoyed the remote woods location while also being close to Grand Marais and lutsen ski hills. Our group spent most of the time cozied up by the stove relaxing and telling stories. The host was accommodating and communicative. Couldn’t recommend this spot enough!”
