“This was one of the nicest VRBO's that we have stayed in! Everything about it was wonderful. It was clean, well-appointed, bed was extremely comfortable, communication with the owner was great, and the location was lovely... just a short drive from Monticello, downtown Charlottesville, UVA, and the Blue Ridge Skyline Drive is about 30 minutes away. There are also great restaurants close by. I would highly recommend this property!”

“Two of our sons, each with two children, stayed here. It was the perfect setup, two bedrooms with king beds and a room with two bunk beds! The location was super convenient for joining us at our StoneyCreek home for meals and heading to the mountain for skiing and snow tubing. The property is very clean and updated. The hottub was a bonus!”

“Had a beautiful and restful few days at "The Cottage." The full property is very private and the salt water pool made it feel like an oasis. There were lots of pool rafts to use which made the pool even better. The full property is very well maintained and the cottage was very clean, nicely decorated, and cozy. Has everything you need for grilling and chilling but also some fun on site activites. Wonderful stay and many thanks to our hosts and their cool dogs! The host Brian was very friendly……

“We stayed here for a weekend in the area. We went to a concert in Charlottesville on Saturday night and this was a great, quiet location for us to get to the concert and also enjoy a few places along 151. We enjoyed our stay, though it was a rainy weekend so we didn't get to enjoy the property or the many trails on the property as I had hoped. Great accommodations if you don't mind the bed on the lower level and the bath up. We didn't have an issue with that and the owners are very upfront about……

“The Shamokin Chalet (Grand Chalet) was a gorgeous home with amazing mountain views! It was one of the most well appointed homes I’ve stayed in - well stocked kitchen (paper products, spices, dishes, cooking supplies, coffees), shampoos, conditioners, body wash, toilet paper and plenty of towels in all bathrooms, even beach towels for the hot tub. The home was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The landscaping was gorgeous. It had the most massive TV I’ve ever seen. The owner was a great……
