Location within Wintergreen... location with a stunning view... easy access... lovely and comfortable accommodations... etc. We enjoyed it so much we recommended it to my parents, and while we were still there, we had booked a stay for them too. “The house and farm are just beautiful. We spent nearly the entire stay on the screened porch listening to the birds, watching the horses, goats, and chickens and enjoying the quiet serenity of the country. Our hosts could not have been more gracious and welcoming. We wondered around the property and soaked up the country, ate some amazing farm raised eggs, and made several excursions to nearby Monticello, antique shops, UVA, and 1799 at the Clifton for dinner. “The house was very clean and entry was easy once we found the lock box. The open floor plan was especially nice for our family group of 10. All the bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances were new and all worked well. The kitchen was very well stocked with small appliances, dishes, flatware, cookware, and spices. We really enjoyed the large deck with a view. We ate every meal alfresco! It was a memorable July 4th weekend for the entire family! ”

“There were a few little hiccups, the top bunk bar was not attached (not an issue as it wasn’t fully needed) and the oven was broken but I message the owner and he replied back very quickly. Neither were an issue for us. The house was perfect! Plenty of cooking supplies for our crew of 12. We loved the deck and spent plenty of time out there and there were more than enough towels for everyone. The check out rules were very clear and reasonable. I would say that something should be listed for the……
