“The hotel is really new and modern, and the staff are lovely. But overall it is COMPLETELY unprepared to handle the volume it is currently pushing with tour groups. Just two staff members and two printed menus to service the entire restaurant each evening. Tour groups all depart at approx the same time which means there is 120 people descending upon the restaurant for breakfast at once - again, it was completely unable to cope, with one poor guy rushing madly around trying to do everything.
