“The hotel is located outside city, which was fine because the trams stop is 10 mins walk away & they go in & out of the city all day to lots of locations/attractions in the area. “Firstly, I'm not first time stay in this hotel, however this time they give me unforgettable memories. Please provide more customer service training for the staff, the front desk staff look like unhappy all the time, please smile for the guest”
