“This is a very cute little house. Everything was clean and in good shape and looked like the listing. They also had coffee and plenty of basics for the visit, which I highly appreciate, and newish bed linens. It’s in a nice community with a good wood fired pizza place a few blocks away. Only negatives are that it is VERY small - the bathroom and one bedroom in particular. And it’s a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest beach, which has zero parking. We ended up taking a car to ferry the kids and……

Everything was very clean, the space was great, and it was nice to have the pool table and air hockey in the basement. The owner was very easy to communicate with.
