“We would definitely stay here again! Everything was beautiful. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Bedding was awesome, there was coffee and tea available and extra blankets which was a huge plus. Thank you for a wonderful couple days of relaxation! ”

“We had a great stay at The Big Chill #6. The location of this condo can't be beat. Walkable to the Union Pier Social for dinner as we got in around 9pm local time. Walked to the Black Currant bakery, as well as the Gelato place. The little store next to the bakery had a few items we missed picking up at Barney's grocery in New Buffalo, so that was a plus. The bakery in the morning can have a line so (it moves quickly though) and the other bakry in Harbert (Luisa's) is another one we loved and is……

“We loved being able to walk to the beach! We ate at Cubbies in town and went to the beach and pier in St. Joseph too. We ate at a cute pizza place close to the beach that looked like an old train station. There was a cafe nearby with great coffee and desert too! Really enjoyed our trip. ”

“We had a great stay, and the online listing accurately represented the property. Very clean, great size bedrooms/living area, and fantastic open concept. The pool is a walk out from the living room which could be very convenient during the summer. The only item to be aware of, is the train station is literally in your backyard by the bedrooms. “The location is amazing—a quick walk to campus, baseball, softball, lacrosse, or football fields! A convenience store is walking distance, as are several restaurants and The Linebacker Bar! There is also a really good smoothie shop. The room was recently remodeled and spacious. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay and enjoy the town of South Bend! The beds were SUPER comfy!!! Doug was super responsive and available! We would stay again.”

“The location of the property was great, and we enjoyed the community pool. Due to a recent storm, Google maps was giving us trouble finding the location. One of the people we spoke to for assist us was less than friendly but the other was nice. The property was nice and well kept. We did find sand all over the floor of the bottom bedroom as well as in that bed when we got there, there were popcorn kernels scattered in the living room rug and some of the roof deck furniture was covered in……

“Overall a great experience we will rent again through blue fish. Love the area lots of fun things to do.”

“This condo was so cute, and just what me and my sisters were looking for in a weekend getaway. It's less than a mile from the beach, and less than a half mile from a cute, Italian restaurant. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio where we sat and drank coffee and saw a deer! I will be booking this place again in the future!”

“Great place to stay. The property manager Pamela was very kind and helpful and was very sweet to myself and my daughter. We will definitely come back when we can utilize the pool and fire pits. Short walk to small beach great for collecting rocks. ”
