“As advertised he gave us a deal because it was a work in progress. The outside area definately needs work but it is exactlty as he advertised. Inside it was clean inside, no bugs, adequate kitchen/stove/fridge. We had one issue with water and he immediatlt came out to fix it.”

“This apartment is very tidy and has a comfortable queen-size bed. The kitchen has many gadgets if you want to cook your own meals. Make sure you visit the pool in the middle of the complex, and take time to play some CornHole. Overall, a nice getaway for a few days.”

If the lights would be off or the water not hot for a few hours due to maintenance, we were aware and could make other arrangements. Maintenance came the first day of our stay to check on a leaking toilet and leaking window from the rain, but they did not repair the window. When it rained, the window would leak inside the unit. “This was a very nice property. The cleaning service could have done a better job. When we arrived there were crumbs on the counter, what appeared to be soda on the blinds and stains on the pillow cases. We got some cleaning supplies and sanitized things to our comfort level. The apartment was nice and spacious. We loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The walls were pretty thin so it was a little loud in one of the rooms near the outside stairs. Those things didn’t keep us from enjoying……
