“This is a nice property. It is very typical of a family owned, renovated hotel that has seen some age. It is well priced for it's condition and age and minimal amenities. Very good for a one night stay on the way to somewhere else. The breakfast was coffee, juice and some packaged goods.”

“Ended up being pretty nice even with the bad reviews my room was very clean but did smell a little funky and they make you get a keycard through a small window instead of going in the building which took forever.”

“I wasn’t expecting much just going by the cheaper rates but I was pleasantly surprised. Driving up the property is clean and fairly new looking. The guy behind the window was hard to hear but nothing off putting. The room was clean, no bugs, clean towels and the bed was made. So what more do you want. The tv remote wasn’t there but they got me one quickly. I’ll be staying there from now on when I’m Conroe. ”
