“one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.”

“We stayed here in early autumn '24, and returned four months later in winter '25 because we liked the property so much. It's a blissfully serene retreat in Ulster County.When everything goes as planned, it's easy to have a nice experience, but when things go sideways, one can discover valuable info. “This place was perfect for the two of us who just wanted to get away for the weekend and snowboard belleayre. 2 minute drive from the mountain. little condo was cozy and had everything we needed. shower was great, with awesome hot water pressure. there is a little town called fleishman 10 minutes away to get some food and drinks. ”

“Nice apartment in town, Sue was wonderful to work with!”

“Beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Lovely clean linens, etc. only issue was the very steep stairs to bathroom and living spaces. Several stairs are breaking and the rail is disconnecting from the wall in the middle. Also, adorable kitchen table top not secured to bottom. Shifts a bit if you are not aware. Lovely stay though!”

“We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rental. Easily can accommodate 4. It was very clean. The furnishings are a bit dated but comfortable. It is very close to Bellayre mountain and there's a great restaurant in town called the Print House that is walking distance from the location. We would rent here again. ”

“Decent rental with good amenities. Could be closer to some areas of town with more stuff to do if you care about that. The biggest problem was that it's close to a train track and trains went by very frequently, and they were both loud and they shook the entire house every time. “The cottage is a very small- one room studio with an uncomfortable sofa bed . We could feel the frame of the bed while lying down. Once the bed was open there was hardly any space to walk around to get to the bathroom or kitchen area. The shower was a 2.5 ft square and off the kitchen The review didn’t make it obvious that there was only a sofabed and no dedicated bedroom Now when I read the description I see they never said there was a queen size bed or a double bed instead it’s cryptically……
