“The biggest concern was the condition of the third floor shared restroom. Two recommendations: An installed toilet paper roll and a secure water distributor on the tub. It isn’t an ideal tub for persons over 5’ tall, but one can sit and scrub satisfactorily as long as they have average flexibility. Also, an upgrade of tile on the walls and floor of the shared restroom would be ideal.”

“I chose this property based on the "Rooms & Beds" large type in the listing, since we were bringing 4 grandchildren ages 10-16 who don't like to sleep with each other. Two days before we were to arrive, I reviewed the entire listing, and opened up the small "see more" at the bottom of the listing, only to find that the bed listing there was totally different for 2 of the 4 bedrooms. In bedrooms 3 and 4, instead of the listed 1 king, and 1 king and 1 twin, there were 1 twin, and 1 twin. The……

“The listing was/is 100% accurate and intentional decor. The hosts were very responsive and kind.When in doubt with some of the house features; labeled instructions were provided nearby. Parking always a breeze and instructions were also helpful.The location is perfect and plenty of options to choose for dining. I would definitely recommend and stay again when in the area.”

“My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town. Wasn’t a deal……

“The property was fine was good for a weekend trip.I didn't really have to contact host for anything. The only thing I had issue with was the amount of the security deposit I had to put down and wasn't aware until I was booking it and apparently don't receive it back right away so in this case would not book again. It was an in-law suite so is part of the main house so have to walk past front door to access the suite around back so is something to consider. We did sit out on patio and was nice……

“The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there. "The Tidal Basin is just across the street from the hotel, and the hotel has its own private bridge across the street to the Tidal Basin, which is in a great location to view the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin and go to the National Mall. The service staff is very friendly, and the hotel is tastefully decorated, clean and warm. The room is large and overlooks the Tidal Basin from the window.We came to see the cherry blossoms this time with my elderly mother. The hotel is very conveniently located for my mother in a wheelchair to visit the Tidal Basin."
