“The property was fine was good for a weekend trip.I didn't really have to contact host for anything. The only thing I had issue with was the amount of the security deposit I had to put down and wasn't aware until I was booking it and apparently don't receive it back right away so in this case would not book again. It was an in-law suite so is part of the main house so have to walk past front door to access the suite around back so is something to consider. We did sit out on patio and was nice……

“I chose this property based on the "Rooms & Beds" large type in the listing, since we were bringing 4 grandchildren ages 10-16 who don't like to sleep with each other. Two days before we were to arrive, I reviewed the entire listing, and opened up the small "see more" at the bottom of the listing, only to find that the bed listing there was totally different for 2 of the 4 bedrooms. “My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town. Wasn’t a deal……

“The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there.
