“A tidy, clean and well appointed apartment located on the ground floor of a home in a residential neighborhood. Occupants enter by walking a stone path to the rear of the home. Lovely wooded backyard makes for a nice view from back patio. The host is first rate. Very communicative and kind. Ideal for the two night stay we had. We would return if back in Concord area again.”

“This was a great place for us to stay in the Charlotte area and was a good value. It was clean enough ... though we did need to clean sticky areas off the floor, and wash a glass from the cabinet with greasy fingerprints and food residue on it. I usually wash dishes before I use them in VRBOs anyway, but it was gross. The bed was clean and comfortable and it was great being able to set the thermostat to our liking. The host was responsive to messages. The whole time we were there, we only heard……

“I really enjoyed the views of my stay and the location is perfect for everything in the Charlotte area. I also really loved the modernist of the apartment and all the accessories that came with it, me and my partner really didnt have to go any where to have a good time in a luxury stay. “We stayed there for the Coca Cola 600 and spent the weekend in Charlotte - myself, my 2 kids & the poodle. Great little neighborhood to walk dogs! The apartment was very clean, the owner was very responsive & it felt very comfortable. Location was great as we spent one day at Carowinds & one day at the raceway -- both are in opposite directions. Can't say enough! Thank you!! ”

“James was a great host. The property is beautiful. We had so much fun swimming and paddle boarding. I have back issues, and the mattress was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Better than my own at home. I highly recommend this lake oasis. It is private, safe and relaxing. We had so much fun!”
