“The duplex was clean and quiet. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to make dinner, although there was no kitchen towel for drying hands and dishes (very minor). Three bedrooms, two with a double/queen, one with a single, and it looked like the couch in the living room was a pull out. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. Wi-fi worked well. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would stay here again if in the area. ”

“We were really only at the house for the late evenings, nights, and mornings. We found the kitchen well stocked to make breakfast (we bought the groceries). The beds were comfortable. Only a couple minor issues that we just handled. The temperature control was preprogrammed to go to 50 degrees in the evening and overnight. We couldn't seem to reprogram it; however, did get it to kick up warmer about midnight or so. The shower in the main floor bathroom was hard to get turned off so the……

“Sadly we were only here for a couple of nights, but this place was very nice. I manage vacation rentals myself and i was very impressed by the cleanliness of this place, especially considering the size of it. The house is great for a family with lots of room to spread out. Our grandkids enjoyed tinkling on the piano and playing in the backyard. Would definitely choose to stay here again!”

Everything was great as all accommodations were met and other than getting food from the local nearby grocery store and our own personal things, nothing more was needed. Everything went so smoothly, other than our two dogs being home sick and whining at times, which ended up entailing a 7 hour round trip back home to leave them there with a sitter as we felt it was too much for our little fur babies to endure being in a strange place without us and better to……

“We all enjoyed our stay. The house and indoor pool were wonderful. There are plenty of comfortable places to sit and enjoy the gorgeous views. We loved the location which is both close to Lenox restaurants, as well as, the southern Berkshires for food markets and activities for kids. The property manager was attentive, and the owner was very responsive. We loved our week at this family friendly property and highly recommend it. ”

Mary, your host, has thought of everything to help you feel comfortable and very quickly to adjust to your home away from home. It is very well located so that you can easily visit the many places of interest nearby. The rules for checking in and out were clear and simple. We are delighted give this a 5-star rating. “This is a great little house in Pittsfield. Location was perfect for us, as it's just a couple of miles from our son's apartment. It's a beautiful farm, tucked away on a back road. It seems "rural" when you're at the house, but it's actually right near everything you could possibly need. The owners were great with communication and very accommodating. We hope to be back, and it's great to know that the house has enough room for our other kids to join if they want to. ”
