Haven’t never been to the Berkshire before, this was a great find. Price was affordable and it literally 7-20 minutes from everything. “Clean, comfortable house exactly as described. Easy check-in and responsive host. All amenities worked well and everything we needed was provided. Would stay here again! Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay during AAU basketball tournaments - location was central to all the venues.”

“Mini family vacation. The property was pleasant and convenient to the Museums and Zoo.This is not specific to this stay, but I wish the fees would be available prior to the booking/ payment process. We had to stop the booking of a different property for this trip when the hidden fees more than doubled the cost of the rental.”

“Otis reservoir is one of my favorite places on earth. Tracy's place is right on the water and having a dock to moor our 18 foot sport boat was fabulous. We sat by the fire pit on two separate evenings and use the grill as well. The cottage was extremely comfortable! Everyone remarked on what great night sleeps they got.The neighbors were also very friendly. It was a wonderful family vacation.”
