“This was an exceptional spacious lake house with fantastic views of Otis reservoir! Clean clear water. You can walk down to the dock. We saw a bald eagle from the large deck. We were 9 adults, and we all had plenty of space with everything we needed! Lots of hiking spots nearby. ”

“Booked this on a college tour with my daughters. Close to Amherst and easy to get to, clean, and cozy. Loved the homemade bread and fresh eggs left for us in the fridge!”

“We just spent Friday and Saturday at this lovely renovated old Mill. There were 5 of us adults over 70. The accommodations were perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It would be an easy place to stay a week. Probably the best equipped home I’ve ever stayed in. There is a lovely enclosed porch next to a babbling creek. The yard is spacious. We ultimately realized that the pool that is mentioned is not on property but across the road at a recreation center. Amanda and Timothy were very responsive.”

“I love this place! It's been beautifully remodeled and is very comfortable. I would love to visit when it's warmer, but it's very cozy in the snow. I can't wait to come back with my kids. ”

“The duplex was clean and quiet. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to make dinner, although there was no kitchen towel for drying hands and dishes (very minor). Three bedrooms, two with a double/queen, one with a single, and it looked like the couch in the living room was a pull out. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. Wi-fi worked well. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would stay here again if in the area. ”
