“This property provides direct access to a lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. It is also a terrific location for Berkshire musts such as Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood. The owner is quickly responsive to questions and directions for check in were easy to follow. The house has strong WiFi for any work days you have while traveling. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future! ”

“The whole experience was great. The host was very nice and the place is comfy and enjoyable to stay at. Highly recommend. ”

“We stayed for 2 nights to attend an event at Springfield College. 'We' were 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. While it is pet friendly there were no remnants of any pets from previous renters. It is an OLD farmhouse that was immaculate and comfortably furnished. It is stocked with plenty of towels and all the kitchen utensils and appliances needed. The property is very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of parking and a nice backyard for active kids.”

“Had a great stay in a lovely location. ”

“nice comfortable beds, great kitchen equipment, plenty of dished, cups and glasses, short drive to the downtown area and the bridge. On the other side of the falls there is anart studio that contains a large globe on sale for 1.2M.Check it out.”

We had to stop the booking of a different property for this trip when the hidden fees more than doubled the cost of the rental.”
