When we arrived the thermostat was showing that it was heating but the vents were blowing cold air and the inside temp read 61. I set the thermostat to 72 and waited about and hour and the temp had gone down to 60. Sent Allen a message through the app, not expecting a response due to how late it was. Looked around the house and there……
