“Came for the view, and didn't disappoint! The house was clean and comfortable. We swam and fished off the dock. The only drawback was lack of some back was the lack of some kitchen equipment.”

“Cute place. It’s half of a duplex. Furnishings are nice. Bath is small but nice. No counter space tho. Bathroom door is a barn door style…little privacy. Kitchen has everything you need but there are no cabinets…just shelves. Dishes and glasses were in a basket. Not what you might expect. Keurig coffee maker…brought my own pods luckily TV and WiFi work great. Didn’t use the hot tub…its placement just outside of the entryway is odd, but makes a little more sense when you see it. “We absolutely loved staying at this charming cottage. The house was very clean, well organized, and tastefully decorated. We were visiting Lynchburg to move our daughter into college, and having such a great, welcoming and comfortable place to stay made that journey much easier to get through. “We had a great stay, nothing to complain about. The place was clean, well stocked kitchen (everything worked), comfy beds and very accommodating! We enjoyed some of the games/puzzles. Kayaks were fun. My only suggestion to owner/property manager is PLEASE remove the invasive vines covering the trees before it kills them. From the water, it definitely takes away from the beauty of this house compared to neighboring properties. Yes, there are a lot of stairs to the dock but we all managed……

“We booked the beautiful house to stay in for our daughter’s freshman move-in at Liberty University. She actually said that this was the best place I’ve ever booked (for anything). IT IS BEAUTIFUL, inside and out. The house was exceptionally clean and even had a nice subtle fresh scent. There were snacks, which were a hit with our 3 college-aged young adults. I feel that the hosts put their heart into every detail of our stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality of our hosts, and the memories……

“We had the most wonderful stay at the Time Out Too! Ben was such a great host! He was extremely helpful and responsive. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. My kids played on the wiffle ball field and in the tree house and we spent the days in the lake and fishing on the dock. The dock is located in the perfect little cove, where you have privacy and space to swim and paddle around without being near the other boats. My favorite thing was sitting on the amazing porch at……

“Great spot for a quick visit with family in Bedford. Super clean, great beds and grounds. Our only suggestion would be to add a microwave to the “kitchenette.” We had no where to warm up leftovers for our teenagers. Overall, great rental. ”
