“Room was clean, rather spartan with a view of an area with discarded furnace and trash. Staff was very nice, with the exception of the man in the breakfast room who refused to let my wife fill her travel cup with water. Really! So we filled two glasses with water and poured it in the cup. Parking not quite as advertised, difficult access to the hotel and they valet your car to a garage. Excellent location but I think we will book elsewhere when we return.”
“The hotel is very beautiful. The 2 starred restaurant is excellent. But you have to check out at 11am, a bit too early. The concierges are quite arrogant, no smile. But the view of our rooms are gorgeous.”

“I'm spoiled. More pricy than I usually spend but so well worth it! Our rooms were lovely (Hotel graciously accommodated a room mix-up.) Little extras here and there. Breakfast was lovely, and the sky bar commanded fantastic view of Mt Etna. Lovely staff (even sent us off to the airport at 4 in the morning with fresh strawberries and croissants.) Hotel is right in the heart of charming Taormina.
