“Très bien accueillie, personnel de l'établissement est vraiment très sympathique et familial. Le gérant parle un très bon français et donne de tres bon conseil, l'hôtel est très calme avec des animations,un bon petit déjeuner, un très bon restaurant, une aire de jeux pour les enfants... Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances grâce à cette établissement.”

On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. “Conveniently located, clean and spacious. It is just less than 5 min from the pier to vulcano and other aeolian islands. If anything, the drainage in the shower place is kinda slow. Supermarket nearby and a nice bakery/ coffee shop called "Urban" is just next door”

“This is a B&B not a hotel. So self check in. Info on access to the room should have been sent earlier. I had to ask for it by phone while waiting at the front door. Info was sent in WhatsApp. You really just need the door code (same for all doors), so ask for it”
