“I loved the service at the Delta. They were so accommodating and helpful during check in, and would greet us anytime we were exiting or entering the hotel. The best customer service came when we received a ticket during our final stay (from the Edmonton parking authority). We parked, went in to pay, and in the 5 minutes between parking and payment, were ticketed. We informed Gracey at the front when we checked out.
