“I loved my stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, providing free water and nice coffee in the mornings. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We had some issues with the curtains opening the first day, but the staff quickly addressed our issues. We were also able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out with no issues. The area the hotel is in is definitely not the nicest area of Eilat. It felt safe enough, but I wouldn't necessarily want to walk around……

“This property is very dated. The owners have not invested to update. my room had rust in the shower. Half the shower water guard was gone or missing which allowed a ton of water to go into the washroom and accumulate on the floor. The towel rack in the shower, had a screw missing and looked like it was on it's last legs. Our Key card needed to be replaced three times.
