“This property within the walls of Monemvasia was beyond amazing. The character alone, proximity to the square and restaurants along with a private courtyard was beyond our expectations. Just a flight of stairs below is a swim area, so unique that you have to say you’ve done it! Be sure to direct message the property before you arrive, they will make sure to greet you and arrange a porter! The stairs are a lot so pack smart and light! We drove and got lucky with parking … but there isn’t a lot! ……

“This hotel is one of the best hotels that we stayed in Greece in terms of its excellent customer service, facilities, comfortable room with a huge balcony overlooking the sea as well a beautiful view of the Monemvasia island where the old town is. “We only stayed here for one night, but everyone in my group agreed that we would love to spend a week here. The property is situated in a peaceful, rural environment that is a short walk to the beach and still relatively close to neapolis, a bigger town. The room was thoughtfully furnished and decorated and the host was very attentive. Our balcony had beautiful views of the mountains and the sea! Perfect place to unwind and experience the Greek countryside. ”

“Fantastic location and the view of the ocean from our room. Breakfast was super good, the best one during our trip in Greece. The property is not new and there was some smell of old wood in the room. I hoped to use the fireplace as it was cold outside but they didn’t have wood, so it was disappointing. ”

“Leuk vakantiehuisje op een mooie plek op de helling achter in het dorp. Maar toch op loopafstand van het gezellige dorp met restaurants en de dam naar het oude stadje op de rots. “A hotel worth much more than two stars I would rate it at least three if not four stars The staff is lovely, Shontei, Hargiro, Nina, (I hope I wrote the names correctly) take care of you as a guest so that you will simply have a good time. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the hotel staff is quick to fix any problem. The view from the quiet private balcony is stunning in its beauty, the proximity to the most beautiful beach in the area, a 2-minute walk away, is worth it all. Coffee is free……

“Service from Katerina at the buffet breakfast restaurant was exceptional. She brought us tea in a tea cup each morning. She was pleasant and accommodating. Food was good. The only thing I would suggest is having a pot of coffee in the lobby for early risers.”

“Our room was large and comfortable, with 3 levels: one for the bedroom, one for the living area, and one for the bathroom. (This is a hilly area and the buildings are original, so the multi-levels are to be expected.) There was a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, and kettle. We had our own seating area outside our room but did not use it. Instead, we enjoyed the terrace with a view of the water.”
