“A hotel worth much more than two stars I would rate it at least three if not four stars The staff is lovely, Shontei, Hargiro, Nina, (I hope I wrote the names correctly) take care of you as a guest so that you will simply have a good time. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the hotel staff is quick to fix any problem. The view from the quiet private balcony is stunning in its beauty, the proximity to the most beautiful beach in the area, a 2-minute walk away, is worth it all. Coffee is free……

“Great hotel with a family feel. We were fortunate enough to have a suite which was plenty of room and an absolutely fantastic wrap around balcony. Breakfast was included and offered eggs, fruit and breads. ”

The property is not new and there was some smell of old wood in the room. I hoped to use the fireplace as it was cold outside but they didn’t have wood, so it was disappointing. ”

“5 stars! The Elea Mare is a fabulous value in an authentic Greek coastal village, run by a host (Greg) who personifies customer care. We can’t praise him enough for the warmth of his interactions with us! As an example, our young-adult daughter became mildly sick during our stay, and Greg provided tea and offered to check up on her when we left her in the hotel by herself for half a day. The hotel is a short walk from a small beach and town harbor and near several excellent dining options.……

“This hotel is one of the best hotels that we stayed in Greece in terms of its excellent customer service, facilities, comfortable room with a huge balcony overlooking the sea as well a beautiful view of the Monemvasia island where the old town is. We were warmly welcomed by Yannis, the hotel manager who helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. He gave us dining options both in the old town as well as those in the new town. Its sea water swimming pool has a pool bar and many deck……
