“I booked the hotel for 2 nights. Birkirkara is probably not the city people would come visit while in Malta, but surely this hotel will attract some. I have been upgraded to try out this not so long opened hotel and i was very much please. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and offering all the needed amenities. “Très bon hôtel, récent, personnel attentionné et très gentil qui nous a permis de mieux apprécier notre séjour. La zone autour (le quartier) est par contre très vétuste, bâtiments délabrés, mais cet hôtel apporte une touche de neuf dans un environnement vieux ancien vétuste. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. Si je notais que le quartier je dirai 4/10, mais l’hôtel tout seul et son personnel sympa mérite un 10/10”

Nous avions juste une chasse d'eau et une lampe de chevet capricieuse. Il manquerait juste d'insonorisation aussi au niveau des portes pour ne pas entendre les autres personnes. ”

Die Gastgeberin war stets bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten und stand uns immer mit Tipps und Hinweisen zu möglichen Ausflugszielen und Restaurants zur Verfügung. Das Hotel ist schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und größer als wir es sonst auf Malta gewohnt waren. “雖然美其名是家飯店，但是很多東西不到位。 像是整個房間包含廁所都沒有垃圾桶與袋子可裝垃圾，隔天直接在滾筒廁紙上放了一個沒打開的塑膠袋給房客，就這樣! 我們房裡的廁所玻璃上，竟然還有橫著一條施工用的木條，還沒移除! 設計也很有問題，睡覺時Wi-Fi機的藍光強度讓人睡不著，起來上廁所，玻璃透出的廁所光也會把正在睡覺的人亮醒，實在沒考慮過睡覺時場景的設計。 最扯的是，沒有被套，枕頭套，完全就是裸露的，很扯，讓人覺的不舒服，沒被尊重。 更扯的是我隔天為櫃台經理說你們都不給被套還有枕頭套的嗎？ 她竟然說應該是房務忘了，她會跟下面說，就直接給我們check out……
