“Very nice”

“Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk) Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. I was not impressed with this company. There are 2 separate companies & i hope this……

“I only stay overnight for transit travel. Convenient proximity to airport. Quick and easy check in. Friendly and hospitable receptionist. Clean (especially bathroom) and comfortable. Will definitely stay again and recommend for transit travelers. ”

“Home away from home is how I describe it. Beautiful traditional interior. Room was clean and not musty and quiet. Had a desk and chair which are not guaranteed for inns. Towels were scented. Snacks, coffee and tea available all day. And close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We enjoyed the entire stay the staff was so welcoming ! We were welcomed with complimentary juice and even complimentary wings at happy hour ! Big shout outs to Ms.Anna at the bar she kept us laughing and great conversation she’s a Vet there and it truly shows with her extraordinary hospitality! The food and drinks was also very good 10/10. They offered a swim up bar as well. The hotel ambiance was great for pictures and the pool was big. It’s also located across from the pier where you can get……
