“No complaints on the unit location, comfort, bed comfort, air and heat controls and accuracy of the description. I would recommend some plumbing work. Kitchen faucet leaking a bit and shower pressure is not adequate. Nothing about that would ruin our visit, but those things need attention. Bedside lamps would be a plus as well. If those things are improved, we would stay again. Thank you!”

“Easy check in. Everything is done remotely and you are sent a code to access the property. The apartment was spacious and appointed well, especially the kitchen which meant we ate in every night of our stay. There is a swimming pool and gym located a short walk away which is shared with the other apartment blocks nearby. The hallways smell funky. Fortunately this did not permeate the apartment but meant holding our breath as we walked to our car. ”

“My husband and I were in Charlotte to help our daughter move into her new apartment. We've only been to Charlotte a few times and wanted to be as close to her and the Kasa was super close and in a lovely neighborhood. Our space was small but mighty.. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay will definitely stay again for our future visits ❤️ ”

“The location is great, we have friends all over Mecklenburg, it was easy to go in any direction, or stay local. Easy to get to. The apartment was clean and tidy, nicely decorated. The pool area/courtyard was under construction, which was listed as starting the last day of our trip but was ongoing the entire time, and since (I believe) they were welding balconies, from 9 am - 5 pm the noise was constant. There was no way to remain within the apartment during the day, and this should have been……

“The property was very clean and tidy. The location was ideal, next to a train station. Earplugs were provided for noise, although I did not need them. The pool area was clean. It’s an easy location to get transportation in and out of. The parking garage is not complementary, and if you request a late check out, there is a $25 charge. There’s quite a bit of construction going on around the property, so parking is extremely limited, and parking in the garage is the best option at this point in……
