“Situated in a prime location. Under 10min away from absolutely anything you may need or want to do. I went to see if Charlotte, NC was somewhere I'd like to live. I'm sold. And my Kasa Edison experience played a large part In that decision. Staff was very helpful and attentive even though there is no on-site staff. Room and grounds were exactly as depicted in the photos. Walls are paper thin so you hear EVERYTHING (footsteps, discussions, opening/closing of doors, etc. And in my case, the……

“Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed, from dishwashing and laundey detergent. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The building was in a newly constructed buidling and gated. The pool was just a walk away in another gated section. We were very close to downtown and the highway. We will stay here next time we're in town.”

“When we first arrived, the property manager noticed my Metallica t-shirt and from there was super friendly, super helpful, and I appreciated the ability to be able to text with her. I without a doubt was literally floored as to how beautiful the condo was. Absolutely immaculate. Gorgeously decorated, well stocked so my kids and I could make meals….. They literally asked if we could buy it! The gym is surprisingly well equipped and super clean, the pool was amazing, the view from the top floor……

“The house is not what is shown in the pics. The house was never cleaned from people who stayed previous. Sheets were off the bed with stains on bed, trash was strewn about, dirty used qtips were left in the kitchen counter. The trash was full, dishes were piled high in the sink. Not to mention old and molded food in the fridge which caused the whole house to reek of an unbearable stench. And the worst part. Owner was called, messaged…. And to this day has not contacted back. Completely abandoned……
