“They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. “This property is exquisite and the perfect place to spend some time if you want to relax, enjoy quiet, and appreciate nature. They have an ornithologist and a naturalist on staff who are prepared to show you all the different species of birds and all the other wildlife on the property including many peacocks, antelope, wild boar, mongoose, and we even saw a leopard. This hotel is absolutely peaceful and one of a kind, and the staff are equally delightful. If you’re traveling to/near Jodhpur……

“Amazing stay at this property, fantastic service, clean rooms and good food which will be more like homemade food ( which we liked) and not like a restaurant style. Breakfast and dinner can be included in your stay which I recommend as this property is located a bit remote around 45 minutes from Jaisalmer. The campsite and resort are perfect but avoid booking activities from them as they are extremely pricey and won’t be able to meet their commitments for activity times. To give an idea, they……

"We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. In the future , I won’t choose ibis again, since the staff answer is keep looping…looping…"
